The monkeys are like the outcasts because they are the only animals that don't know the Law of the Jungle. They live in trees and don't have a language of their own. They eavesdrop and pick up words from other languages. They don't have a leader and are simply not that important to the jungle. The wolfs try their hardest to avoid the monkeys and where they live.
