JJ

Mood- It is boring. It is super slow. Not a lot of action. But high level of language.

Clayton

This man represents distrust, like how the wolfs did not trust Mowgli. The wolfs did not Mowgli because he was human and not an animal. But soon people started to realize he was trouble so they are trying to kick him out of the tribe.

Clayton

This man Zara represents Kaa.  They may look, they have scales and big eyes.  But a big thing they have in common is there mind, they are both mind controlling freaks of nature, Zara controls a hole army of aliens and Kaa controls who ever he wants.  Like I always said never trust a man in a tunic, and never trust a snake with scales.

Clayton

Brian represents Mowgli because they are both basically dumpster babies.  Mowgli was left out in the jungle, and Brian's should have been left in the jungle, he would have been better off there.  Mowgli goes though terrible times like, being mind controlled by a creepy snake, being kidnapped by fat monkeys, and even forced out of the jungle to life with civilized people.

Clayton

Shere Khan is just like a poacher,  he is not suppose to kill Mowgli or any animal in the wolfs territory but he still does.  When Shicon drives Mowgli out of the jungle he tries to cheat and eat him alive and listen to him scream while he licks his chops and leaves Mowgli for the vouchers.

Clayton

When Mowgli was betray by his animals friends, he could not help but to run away and cry.  This F that you see resembles

Ava

This is a picture of a lion, "the king of the jungle".  The lion is supposed to symbolize the jungle

Ava

This baby bottle represents in the beginning of the book, when Mowgli first comes to the jungle when he was a baby.

Ava

The picture of the sun represents Baloo.  Baloo has a warm and cuddly personality, just like the sun!

Ava

This picture represents the law of the jungle. Everything in the jungle appears to be very orderly.

Ava

The monkey symbolizes Mowgli.  Mowgli is like a monkey because he can do a lot of monkey- like things.  Mowgli is this way because he was raised in the Jungle.

Ava

This warning symbol represents the dangers of the jungle.  There is violence in "The Jungle Book" so this picture shows that.

Emily

Conflict: The tiger wants the baby boy but Mother Wolf won't give him to the tiger. Mother Wolf feels bad for Mowgli cause he was alone in the jungle. She doesn't want to give him to Shere Khan, the tiger, because she doesn't know what his intentions are. This makes the tiger mad at the wolfs and the baby.

Emily

The mood is loneliness because Mowgli is found as an infant in the middle of jungle alone. He doesn't have any memory of his family. He could think that his parents purposely left him in the jungle which would lead to him being depressed. Also, he is living with wolfs and not people so he could start feeling different.

Emily

The monkeys are like the outcasts because they are the only animals that don't know the Law of the Jungle. They live in trees and don't have a language of their own. They eavesdrop and pick up words from other languages. They don't have a leader and are simply not that important to the jungle. The wolfs try their hardest to avoid the monkeys and where they live.

Emily

The authors writing style is very old. He uses old fashion English words probably because he was from the 18 hundreds. I put some examples of words he uses below.

Emily

Baloo is a sleepy brown bear that teaches the wolf cubs the Law of the Jungle. He is similar to Jesus because Jesus taught people about the Bible. They are also similar because Baloo and Mowgli have a friendship just like how Jesus has relationships with his followers.

Emily

This is symbolism for Adam and Eve because they were innocent like Mowgli (a baby at the time) and the snake tried to hurt Adam and Eve like the tiger did to Moegli.
